The 7 point booking process

adheres to a 7 point booking process explained
below.
1. Entertainment Agent receives initial inquiry.
2.
Availability check - Suitable artist identified and put on
standby for a short period for agents deposit/commission to arrive.
Basic details given to artist E.g. Pub, Birmingham, net fee.
Wedding Wolverhampton, net fee etc.
3. Act agreed with customer.
4. Entertainment agents
Deposit/Commission arrives – receipt issued.
5. Booking
confirmed with artist in writing including full details
e.g., venue, fee, type of event, client details, venue
detail, performance times, special requirements, form of
payment, PA requirements.
6. Client passed full details of artist and terms.
7. Balance is paid directly to artist on the day of
event. |
